Jeff was quick to answer respond to our call. Fortunately the issue with our safe was an easy fix once he was able
to determine what it was and he charged us fairly for the work done, which was greatly appreciated.
It is a situation where I hope I never have to call him again but if there is ever an issue I will not hesitate to call quickly!
